How the Application Works

1. You will be taken to our secure Google Form.
2. Select your scholarship type (K–8, High School, or College-Bound Senior).
3. The form will automatically show the correct questions for your grade.
4. When finished, click Submit.
5. You will then see a link to our Thank You / Next Steps page.

Your information is kept confidential and reviewed only by the Holy Spirit Fathers Club Scholarship Committee.
